New Paper from the Keays Lab - Calcium Imaging in Pigeons

Simon Nimpf from the Keays lab reports the establishment of in vivo calcium imaging in pigeons in his latest paper published in Cell Report Methods. "In vivo-2-photon calcium imaging has emerged as a key technology providing fundamental insight into how information is encoded within defined neuronal circuits" said Dr. Nimpf. "Now we are well placed to decipher the principles that underlie sensory encoding in birds, whether it be magnetic, visual of auditory stimuli".
